After being in the restaurant business for thirty some odd years, I'm a chef by trade, I always found time for music and to play the piano, drums and bass guitar. I've always wanted to be in business for myself but not put in the long hours that the food industry demands from you. That is NOT the restaurant business. Now working from home enables me to enjoy all the things I love to do but couldn't make a living at. Like playing my instruments for my own pleasure.
